4) How to choose an abrasive cutting disc, grinding disc

- Good grain uniformity without crack-like apperance is the basic apperance of a high quality abrasive cutting disc cutting wheel

- The lower static unbalance value, the better the wheel is. For sure the producing difficulty will be bigger.

- For different materials such as carbon steel, alloy steel, cast steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, etc., we choose different types of abrasive cutting disc and grindng disc according to the different density and heat generating condition of wheel materials. Reinforced Cutting Wheel with hgih hardness are for carbon steel and hollow stainless steel to increase the lifetime. As for solid round steel and cast steel, we should choose the type without high hardness so that it can work smoothly and successfully.
