Payment terms

If your order value is more than USD5,000.00, we require 30% by T/T as down payment, 70% by T/T before shipment. If your order value is less than USD5,000.00, we require 100% by T/T before production.

Quality warranty and after service

1) The guarantee period of quality shall be 12 months counting from the date on which the commodity arrives at the port of destination. The parts required repairing or change, if any, shall be reasonable charged.

2) When user meets some problems on installation, operation, adjusting, maintaining, we will give technical guide by email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone and fax, etc.
