1. How to place orders?

     You tell us the models, color and quantity that you want to order.

     We check the price, stock, and shipping price.

     You pay and tell us your address info(name, address, post code, phone number).

     We ship out the goods.

2. How to pay?

    We can accept TT, Paypal, ESCROW, and Western Union.

    You can also pay through your agents.

3. When can you ship out my order?

    If you order our stock goods, we can ship out your order immediately.

4. Do you offer warranty on the watches?

    We wanted to offer warranty on our watches but we are too far from each other. It is difficult to offer solid aftersale service when problem happens. So, what we can do is recheck the quality before shipping. And, we can offer related accecories like tools to open case back and watch batteries.

5. Can i return the goods for refund?

    Yes.

    But the goods should be brand new and not damaged.

    And we can only refund the watch value excluding the shipping price.

6. Are the watches water resistant? Can i wear it washing hands, showering, swimming or diving?

    Our watches are 1ATM, 3ATM, 5ATM water resistant. Washing hands is ok.

    As with showering, swinming or diving, the answer is no.

7. What's the size of the watch? What is it made of? How is the quality?

    As with quality, different prices match different quality.
