Description

Our company's film blowing and printing connect-line machine adopts dual-sides 3 blade screw barrel and 1 die head unit. The machine is suitable to use HDPE/LDPE/LLDPE material to produce good quality film products. This machine can achieve flat rewinding, high output.

 

 

Feature

1. The whole machine use a set of material extruding system, mainly composed of 1 screw and a dual-face 3 blad feeding barrel after material goes inside the barrel, one special designed die will extruder the strip color film under the help of main motor for heating the traction system of this machine adopts lifting device so to meet customers requirements of produce HDPE and LDPE films as well as enhance the productivity

 

2. Both screw and barrel are made of 38CRMOAL and been precisely processed and nitrogen treatment. So they are possess the excellent performance of high hardness, durable, rusty resistance

 

3. The structure of die head is mandrel type and it is plated with hard chrome. the melting of material in the extrusion part is smooth and sufficient. And the air cooling device adopts labyrinth structure, blowing air evenly together with sufficient melting, helps to achieve great brightness of finished film products

 

4. Rewinding part adopts rubber roller pressing friction rewinding style. Torque motor control rewinding speed, so the rewinding is smooth and even. 2 station design, makes finished roll change conveniently
