2. How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality.
If you need the sample, we will charge for the sample cost and for the frieght .
3. Can I put my logo on the product?
Yes. You can put your logo on the product when your quantity of order is more than the MOQ. Besides, usually we accept files in AI, PDF, Core Draw.
4. Can you manufacture product according to our design?
Yes. We can manufacture product according to your design picture provided the quantity is more than 5000 pieces in metal . Acyrlic we can make 1000 pieces moq as per your design .
5. How long can I expect to get the sample?
After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 1-10 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-7 days. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
6. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 10 to 35 days. Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry 2 months before the date you would like to get the goods at your country.
7. What are your terms of delivery?
