High borosilicate High Dome Glass Pot Lid

l  High usage temperature

The maximum permissible operating temperature is 500 °C.

 

l  Thermal Shock

Good thermal shock resistance up to 140 °C. When broken, borosilicate glass tends to crack into large pieces rather than shattering (it will snap rather than splinter)

 

l  Low thermal expansion

Low thermal expansion coefficient is 3.3 x 10⁻⁶/K, about one-third that of ordinary soda-lime glass

 

l  Chemical Resistance

Very high chemical resistance, and have a strong capability of acid-resisting and alkali-resisting.

Good odors and stains resistance

 

l  Borosilicate glass is dishwasher-safe
