1.YQC series Vegetable Cutter is a composite and multifunctional cutter, which is designed

simulating the principle of hand cutting and adopting the advanced technique of ‘variable speeds’

and ‘centrifugal slicing structure’.

2.The machine is widely used for cutting vegetable and fruit into slicer(potato , sweet potato,

onion, carrot, apple, pear, lettuce), cutting leafy vegetable into segment and strips(leek, celery,

beanstalk, cabbage, kelp, etc) ,dicing root vegetable and fruit(potato, sweet potato, eggplant,

carrot, lettuce, apple , pear, etc)

3. Strips and segment cutting size: 1-25mm

Thickness of slices: 1-10mm

Dicing size : 4-20mm,
