These are the breaking / grinding / polishing media comprising of four rollers in two sides.

   Each side comprise of one pair of rolls set diagonally to each other in the bearing housings to run smoothly at desired speed .

   One roll rotates at the speed desired but faster than other. The other slow roll is controlled by using the pinion set of required differential ratio.

    The grain is fed to the rolls through feed rolls with suitable control.

   The offered Roller Mills are for the milling rolls of barrel diameter 250mm and 350mm while the length varying from 350mm to 12500mm..

   The rollers mills are of casted body and housings,  it is  highly durable, efficient and are presented at a very good rates in the industry, so it is very popular among customers who want low investment.

    Upper enclosed housing in welded steel construction, lower enclosed housing in cast steel construction.
   With two grinding units horizontally arranged, one on both wheat roller mill sides, each equipped with power-integrated bearing packs and vibration absorbers.

   Four built-in grinding rolls of high grade centrifugal cast, dynamically balanced, prepared for water cooling.

• Main drive pulleys either for flat- or V-belts.
• With brushes or automatic lift-off knife scrapers
• Air exhaust from grinding gap of all reduction passages. 
• Tapered lucite inlet glass with partition, if necessary.
• Built-in product collection hopper.
• Metal parts entering in contact with mill stock are powder coated for sanitary reasons.
• Ends of rolls and are either encased or equipped with covers to interconnect machines in one row.
