Perlite Acoustic Panel Partition Wall with Wire Mesh


Inorganic Wall Board with characteristic of Lightweight, Sound Absorption, high strength, low shrinkage rate.

The Partition wall panel reinforced by two steel mesh with the perlite panel inside. After plastered with cement mortar on both side, the perlite partition panel was strengthen by two reinforced concrete panel, and this perlite panel can replace current steel mesh polystyrene boards, GRC wall panel and gypsum board

Natural volcanic glass--------- A siliceous material.

Acid resistant oxidation ,Chemical stability is good, use for a long time not deformation, not change color .

Perlite Board( plasterboard) , New Natural and Environmental Protection construction material :

1. pure natural expended perlite

2.Sound absorption ----40db noise absorption by dry wall of 10mm perlite board on 7.5cm light stud without fiberglass or mineral wool filling.

3.Thermal Insulation 

4.Fireproof ----non-combustible material, Grade A fireproof and fireproof limit of 4 hours and more. 

5.Waterproof -----no distortion,soften, broken or color change in high moisture environment.

6.no distortion，they won’t be soft or color changed
