Material: Q195 / SAE1006 / SAE1008, iron wire, low carbon steel wire.

 

Wire size: BWG 6-28 (0.35-5.5mm) (Table 1)

 

Process:  Ion rod → Wire Drawing (picture 1)→ Wire annealing (picture 2)→ Rust Removing→ Acid Washing→ Boiling→ Drying→Oil coated → Wire coiling → Packaging

 

Weight per roll: Generally 0.5kg, 1kg, 2kg, 4kg, 5kg, 7kg, 8kg, 10kg, 25kg, 28kg, 50kg, 100kg, 600kg etc

 

Tensile strength: 350-550N/mm²

 

Packing: Plastic film inside and hessan cloth or weaving bag outside (Picture 3 and 4)

 

Surface: With oiled

 

Forms of supply: Coils, small coils (Picture 6 and 7), spools
