EVA Waterproof Geomembrane/Membrane
EVA Waterproof Geomembrane/Membrane is a kind of flexible sheet material manufactured through a series of processes including shaping, cooling, testing, bundling and packaging, with ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer as the main raw material, mixed with an appropriate amount of modifiers, antioxidants, ultraviolet absorbers, colorants, fillers, plasticizers, etc. EVA waterproof membrane is featured by excellent resistance to environmental stress cracking, flexibility, high strength, small specific gravity, high elongation, convenient laying, no displacement, etc. it applies to a variety of underground caves, tunnels, subways, municipal construction and other waterproofing and seepage-proofing works.

Construction Technology
With the use of pre-laid method, the construction process for horizontal plane, vertical plane and tunnel vault are as follows:
1).Horizontal Plan: substrate cleaning → setting out on substrate → laying of pre-laid membrane → overlap treatment → joint treatment → isolation film removal → steel bar binding → concrete pouring
2)Vertical plane: Installation of facade support (spacer) → setting out → laying of pre-laid membrane → mechanical fixing of membrane (welding or nailing) → overlap treatment → joint treatment → isolation film removal → special adhesive application at nail heads → steel bar binding → concrete pouring
3)Tunnel vault: Tunnel vault→setting out →installation of support (spacer or hanging nail) → laying of pre-laid membrane → mechanical fixing of membrane (welding or binding) → overlap treatment → joint treatment → isolation film removal → steel bar binding → concrete pouring
1)enhanced waterproof mechanism: sticky to base layer, strong bonding and good supereminence. Changing from simple layer resistance to 360° whole sealing waterproof, it can prevent water appearing.
2)enhanced construction method: It has low requirement to base sheet (directly construction on wet sheet). And it can be simple installed which is independent of the weather.
3)Enhanced lapping: the 2-meter width reduces loss and promotes speed. By using self-adhesive seal, the reliability gets enhanced.
4)Thermoplastic rubber bonding layer: under the concrete hydration heat temperature, the low temperature thermoplastic rubber bonding layer of membrane starts plastic response. Special active substances from the self-adhesive layer can form strong adhesion. The creep of the self-adhesive layer could not be pollute by surface construction dust. By bonding wet concrete, solve the problem of non-adhesion of thoroughly thermoplastic membrane and two lining structure.
Shelf life is 12 months. Store in a cool and dry place with
original packing.
