The raw Materials our factory used for your reference: 

1, Rattan:
Non-recycled PE Rattan, durable and UV resistant.
Only Grade A quality(SGS test passed)
Flat rattan width: 6, 8, 10, 12 mm.
Round rattan diameter: minimum 3 mm.

2. Frames:
Powder coated, light, strong and rust resistant aluminium.
Tube thickness: 1.5-2.0 mm.
Circle Diameter: 22, 25, 32 mm.
Square diameter: 50x50, 40x40, 25x25, 20x20, 30x19, 15x15 or customized.

3.Cushion and pillows:
Minimum 330-380g/m2 with zipper.
Only with water repellency and UV protection
Cold foam.  Usually 28 density with soft foam.  ------fast dry foam available Thickness 5-12cm.

4, Glass:     5~12mm thickness tempered, smooth or frosted glass, safe and strong enough

Package & Loading: 

We use strong wax kraft paper, Carton or bubble bag ,woven bag for package to protect products from damage, accept special packing request.
