General Description

This disc granulating system is designed on the basis of traditional disc granulating equipment. Its intended for round granules of high-content compound fertilizer.

Brief introduction of disc granulating equipment

This disc granulating system consists of a disc granulator, a heating system, a liquid supplying system and packaging equipment. If the system is to be used in the chemical industry or any other specific industry which requires even granules, a screening system and a crushing system can be added.

Granulating Principles

The basic principle of this system is union granulating. Powders will be cast up aslant by the rotating disc. Then under the influence of gravity, the powders will slide freely through the disc surface. At the same time, the fogdrop-like liquid will be sprayed even onto the powders. During this period, powders will unite, be covered by each other and at last form round granules.

Features

This system produces even round granules with a high rate of final products. Besides, the solid system proves to be able to run steadily with a long life.
