1. Wood pallet specifications:

Compared to plastic and metal pallets, wood pallet is cheaper, but very strong and stiff. In addition, wood pallet can be easily repaired if damaged or it is recyclable and made from renewable resources.

We believe that the wood pallets that we are supplying are very cost effective and are probably a good choice in most cases.

2. Manufacturing process:

Pallets are very common in many cases; however, the pallet production process is sophisticated and precise.

Firstly, the wood needs to be cut. The appropriate material is selected (normally acacia and pine)

The wood is cut accurately as the required size because any mistakes can lead to the quality of the pallet. If the wood bars are not the same dimensions, when they are assembled together, they cannot ensure the strength and stiffness of the product.

Some secondary processes may be applied such as smoothing 2 sides or all 4 sides of the timber so that the pallet can be accessed from all 4 sides.

The next step is to nail the wood bar together. This assembling process can be carried out by the automated machines. However, for smaller orders, pallets can be assembled by hand.
