We accpet payment terms, e.g L/C, T/T etc.

Trade Terms

EXW(Ex Works).Buyer is responsible to pay all related shipping cost to shipping forwarder or sea port.

FCA(Free Carrier).We are responsbile to deliver goods to customer's appointed place or shipping fowarder only.

FOB(Free On Board).We are responsbile to deliver goods to sea port in China,and finish Customs Declaration and other certificates if happened.

CFR( Cost and Freight).We are responsbile to deliver goods to customer's destination port and Freight prepaid.

CIF(Cost, Insurance and Freight).We are responsbile to deliver goods to customer's destination port and Freight & Insurance prepaid.

DDU(Delivered Duty Unpaid).The delivery of goods and the cargo insurance to the final point at destination, which is often the project site or buyer's premises, at our expense. Buyer assumes the import customs clearance and payment of customs duties and taxes.

DDP( Delivered Duty Paid).We are responsible for most of the expenses, which include the cargo insurance, import customs clearance, and payment of customs duties and taxes at the buyer's end, and the delivery of goods to the final point at destination, which is often the project site or buyer's premises.

Order Shipping

International Epress: For sample order and small orders.

Air Transportaton: For orders urgent.

Occean Shipping: FCL- Full Container Load; LCL- Less than Container Load.

General terms and conditions:

• Port of loading:   Ningbo or Shanghai, China 
• Terms of Payment:   Negotiable. Usually for all customers, T/T with 30% deposit + balance against copy of B/L. 
• Lead time:   15-20 days for 2000pcs, 45-50 days for 30000pcs. 
• Min q'ty:   2000pcs.  
• Sample charges:   We do not need sample charges but freight collect.
• Molding charges:  For New molds, there are mold charges. Mold charges are refundable when order quantity reach a certain figure. 
• Sampling time: 1 week for ready mould;  5-6 weeks for new moulds.  
• Business model:   OEM, ODM
