General terms and conditions:

• Port of loading:   Ningbo or Shanghai, China 
• Terms of Payment:   Negotiable. Usually for all customers, T/T with 30% deposit + balance against copy of B/L. 
• Lead time:   15-20 days for 2000pcs, 45-50 days for 30000pcs. 
• Min q'ty:   2000pcs.  
• Sample charges:   We do not need sample charges but reight collect.
• Molding charges:  For New molds, there are mold charges. Mold charges are refundable when order quantity reach a certain figure. 
• Sampling time: 1 week for ready mould;  5-6 weeks for new moulds.  
• Business model:   OEM, ODM
