The isolated capsule power module can install a capsule thyristor or a diode on an electrically insulated common bottom plate. As it adopts the form
of single-sided heat dissipation, the user only needs to install the module bottom plate on the appropriate air cooling or water cooling heatsink.

The power module uses capsule devices, with such features as high current capacity, convenient installation, compact volume and beautiful
appearance. It is suitable for various control fields such as reverse parallel connection, rectifying, inversion and etc.
