Main features of the brewhouse and fermentation system 

Brewhouse System

Mash/Lauter tun installed mash agitator, 

Installed rakers and false buttom for grains separation

-Usage:Mashing, mixing-stainless steel mixer driven by frequency convertor, 

lautering-eparation of mash grains from wort during wort producing process. 

Brew/whirlpool tun, wort boiling and make wort whirlpooling

-Wort Whirlpool-sanitary centrifugal mash pump activate the whirlpooling.

-Heating: electricity gas fired or stream 

Hot water tank-water heating and hot water storing/preparation

connected to the controller for automatic temperature controlling

1)-Inner wall stainless steel 304, 3mm; - surface wall stainless steel 304 2 mm or copper, 1.5mm

      Insulation:Polyurethane-thickness:100mm

2) Dome top, top manway with glass, Side manway, cone bottom 160 degree

3)-Mash tun, Lauter tun, Brewing Kettle, Whirlpool tun in various combinations

4)-Agitator motor with VFD, DANFOSS

5) -insulation: polyurethane/rockwool 100mm;
    -with inside CIP washing ball
    -raking agitator
    -removable false bottom
    -sparging arm, sight glass
    -Tangential inlet for whirlpool

Fermentation system:
1) -Inner wall stainless steel 304, 3mm; -surface wall stainless steel 304, 2mm

3) Insulation: polyurethane 100mm,  dimple plate jacket, thickness 1.5mm
4) Glycol cooling jackets on both cylinder and cone
5) -Inside 360 degree rotating CIP washing ball;
    -CIP arm
    -Pressure gauge
    -safety&vacuum valve on top
    -sample valve
    -rotating racking arm

    -Carbonation port and stone

    -thermometer, PT100
    -dry hops port
6) Testing pressure: 3 bar, working pressure: 1.5-2 bar

Features&Applications:

1.Adopting siemens PLC control system(or digital display control system) can get the required standards of free switch from automatic to manual.

2.The brewery equipment can also brew draft beer, pale beer, brown beer, stout beer etc,

 to meet different taste of customers.
