Hopper system of forage distribution

 The hopper system of forage distribution includes: 

1. Silo of external storage of feed.

2. Conveyor of cross loading of forage.

3. Mobile forage distributor on each battery.

4. Fodder trench. 

   The silo of external storage of feed is designed for loading and storage of dry compound feeds. The spiral type conveyor of cross loading gives forage to hoppers of mobile forage distributor of all batteries from the external silo. Feed distribution in hoppers of mobile forage distributor is carried out serially starting from the closest one. The conveyor of cross loading has an automatic system of shutdown.

   Each mobile forage distributor has two compound hoppers, located on the different sides of the battery of cages. The number of sections of the compound hopper depends on the quantity of levels: each levelhas its section. The forage distributor is completed with batchers with forage leveling brushes. 

   Advantages of hopper system of feed distribution are the following: 

1. The lowest power consumption of distribution.

2. The system of volume dispensing provides high precision of forage distribution according to the technological norms.

3. Batchers allow distributing feed evenly at the same time on all levels of the battery or on some of them.

4. Thanks to a brush for leveling and hashing of forages along the fodder tray on all length of the battery the bird receives compound feed which is uniform in structure.

5. The design of a fodder tray excludes the emergence of "stagnant" zones.

6. The fodder tray from the 0.7 mm thick zinced steel considerably increases the rigidity of a design of the cage battery.

7. The side of a fodder tray bent inside prevents forage scattering by a bird.
