It is designed according to the relevant spark generator standard requirements of chapter 22.109 and 22.110 in IEC60335.

The tester is composed by four parts:

1. Spark occurs electrode (pairs), using platinum electrodes.
2. Electrode moving mechanism
3. Energy adjustment systems, energy control: Through the equipment to send out the 0.1s pulse wave to produce the shock energy. Voltage and current imposed time, can single pulse or continuous pulse, the bandwidth is adjustable.
4. Temperature detecting systems and intelligent control systems. To ensure that when the oven center temperature reached to 300 °C it began to impose the spark, and then once every 50K to carry on one time temperature rise.
