(9)Testing Process

 a. Connected the power supply switch.

 b. Placed the tested switches on the test fixture.

 C. Press the test button, firstly, quickly top operation the test fixure (about 0.5s) and to stop at the preset position. Guarantee the test sample contacts with the pressure and the distance between the test probe  as close as possible.

 d. When the probe contact with the test sample contacts, through the connected of the current to judge, recognize and preserve the position zero.

 e. When the probe arrived at the set the displacement distance from the zero, recognize and preserve the pressure value of the points.

 f. Data latches and judge and the qualified state show (Computer type pass the data to the computer)

 g. When Complete the test, the equipment will returned in situ, removed the sample and wait for the next test
