A: Shengang Hardware called dongguan hengfeng precision mould factory before 2007, we manufactured precision mould, mould part and jig. Mainly matched with big electronics and mould factory. Q: What is the biggest loading capacity of our product?
A: Our hinge SG-HC50200, it could loaded 200KG/2pcs. Standard door size is 2100*800mm(H*W) 45mm thickness. Different door size use different hinge. You are welcome to contact with us for more information.

Q: What makes the hinge get dropped when using hinge?
A: We think there are three points Cause this problem, firstly is wrong installation, secondly, the problem of the hinge quality, probably the problem of material and rough precision part. Thirdly, it is wrong option when choosing hinge, all has been exceeded hinge’s normal range.

Q: Does the hinge make any noise?
A: Normally, our products’ lifetime is more than 10 years, so far we did not get any complaint from our clients. If it is any noise happened, that’s probably wrong option of slotting and hinge . To avoid those problem, you should let us know more about your door before purchasing, we will offer you any advice of choosing the right hinge size. There are thousands of hinge products in the market, different price offering from different supplier. A lowest price does not equal to the best quality. Chinese have a saying that the only problem could be happened when buying, not selling.

Q: What finishing do you make? Could you make the finishing as per our request?
A: Normally, we have two finishing, one is high temperature baking(three colors: gold, silver, brown), which the surface has scratch-resistant protection, same with technology in case shell. Salt Spray Test reaches more than 72 hours. The other is plating(barrel plating and rack plating), Barrel plating is for small part, rack plating cost a little higher. The common plating is pearl chrome, pearl nickel, satin chrome, satin nickel, antique bronze, antique copper, gold plate, bright chrome, PVD, electrophoresis. This two finishing are the best plating in China. Nevertheless, we could do whatever finishing as your request.

Q: What is the MOQ?
A: We do not ask our clients to reach MOQ, bulk cargo will be available in Shengang Hardware, because we have stock items. But the unit price may be a little higher, it is retail price. If the quantity is large, the delivery time maybe longer. Since we are OEM, ODM supplier, accept any request of branding the products under your own brand by asking more quantity. Q: Does any guarantee of the raw material?
A: Yes, raw material supplier must offer us all the test report, otherwise, the material will not be acceptable. Steel offered from Baosteel, stainless steel offer from lisco, zinc alloy from huatong. Reclaimed materials and non standard material won’t be used in Shengang Hardware. Good quality based on good material. This is our company rule.

Q: How to control the quality?
A: Shenagng Hardware has the nonprofessional QC, whom will be responsible of incoming material inspection, processing inspection, finished product testing, product destructive assay test, All has including the test from third party organizations.

Q: What test you have?
A: We do a very precision lifetime test and loading test before our product into the market. We will be always responsible for our clients. Some products’ structure and electrical configuration machine designed by us. But some are not, such as Salt spray test machine and pulling force testing Machine.

Q: For quality, what certificate do you have?
A: Singapore TUV Rheinland test, Bureau Veritas certificate. Test report from Shenzhen quality inspection bureau, test report from Foshan JMT.

Q: Why Shengang Hardware’s price is higher than the other suppliers?
A: Our price based on the comprehensive business cost. Under the fierce competition situation in China, every company low down price in every way, all of us won’t add any profit under this situation. On the surface, our price is a little higher than the others, but our technology and material standard is more higher than the other factories. High technology & material standard is proportional to price.

Q: What is the payment terms? Is it available of cash on delivery?
A: Uauslly, T/T,L/C,West Union,Paypal,Cash. If total amount is lower than US$5000, payment must be settled at one time before shipment. If order amount is higher than US$5000, 30% deposit must be paid once order confirmed, 70% balance must be paid before shipment. T/T is only available normally. But all we could discuss in further.

Q: Does the price include tax or fright cost?
A: We have two price, one is with tax, the other is without tax. It depends on your need. Shengang Hardware is already ordinary tax payer since 2009, normally without freight cost in the price. Because different forwarder, freight cost will be different. It is based on your need.

Q: How fast could the order be finished?
A: Normally it is 30 days. Since we have small quantity stock items, small order could be delivered in a short time. If all part is ready in the stock room, assembling will takes around 10-15 days. Contact with our sales for all details.

Q: Do you supply free samples?
A: We could supply free sample , which amount under US$15, if it is exceeding US$15, you will have to pay for the sample fee. But all it depends. We will assess every part in our cooperation business. Sample fee is just the first step we cooperate. We have numerous of clients asking free sample, we will afford a big cost in this part.

Q: What should do if received the rejects?
A: All of Shengang products must be checked by QC, if all keep good packaged, could be returned to us, but the freight cost will be paid by buyer. period of validity is within 20 days, otherwise it is invalid.

Q: Could Shengang Hardware produce by the design or sample from buyer?
A: Yes, we could. We have engineer with 18 years as the leader, all types of hinge hardware could be produced by us. Glad to let you know, we supply refrigerator hinge for VOLVO, Benz, some products has been exported to Italy. Some are for America Pickup truck company, which help them solve the problem of waterproof & safety construction in folding truck tent.
