Factory is 4000 square metres, dorm room is 1200 square metres.

Shengang Hardware is for short of Dongguan Shengang Precision Metal & Electronic Co., Ltd. , which is specialized in door and window hardware design, manufacture and sale. "3d adjustable hinge" as a synonym for Shengang Hardware.

4.How about the company’s history?

Shengang Hardware called dongguan hengfeng precision mould factory before 2007, we manufactured precision mould, mould part and jig. Mainly matched with big electronics and mould factory. At 2007, we ware lucky to worked with a Japanese furniture company in door hardware. Since then, we had developed 8 series(totally 100 items) products from a single business.

5.How many department in Shengang?

We have production department, administrative department, QM(quality management), sales department, engineering department and mould department.

Production department includes stamping, die casting, machining, grinding and polishing processing, secondary drilling tapping processing and assembly processing.

Administrative department includes human resouce, logistic division, accounting department, purchasing department, production management.

Quality management includes material inspection,outgoing inspection, assembly inspection, finished product sampling.

Sales department includes domestic business and exporting business.
Engineering department includes product design, mould design, product test assessment, processing flow control, Instructions book design and mould processing.
Mould department includes the processing of die casting mould, plastic mould, stamping mould.

6.Does any guarantee of the raw material?

Yes, raw material supplier must offer us all the test report, otherwise, the material will not be acceptable. Steel offered from Baosteel, stainless steel offer from lisco, zinc alloy from huatong. Reclaimed materials and non standard material won’t be used in Shengang Hardware. Good quality based on good material. This is our company rule.

7.How is the quality?

We have professional design team, who has 18 years experience in this field.Our products has been exported to the supermarket of Italy, Germany, America, United Kingdom. 

8.Do you have patent?

Shengang Hardware owns 10 patents, Utility model patents and design patents.

9.Is there any patent problem when exporting?

No, because we have 10 patents, although our products seems similar with the others, they are not 100% same. We have improved some performance based on the original items.
