A: Please contact us online or send us email, we will send you PI, once receiving your payment, we will send out goods soon and tell you the tracking number. Or we could communicate to start  an order on line by trade assurance.

Q: 3. How to proceed LOGO print order?
A: 1) send us the logo files, once receiving your payment(large order 30%), we will arrange to design the logo;
2) after received your confirmation of the logo, we will do sample and send it to you check;
3) if you confirm the sample is ok, we will produce the mass;
4) once ready, please pay the rest payment and we will send out goods and tell you the tracking number;

Q: 4. Can I do my original design products?
A: Yes, our engineer team will always be ready for your any needs.

Q: 5. What is the guarantee of our products and how about the returns?
A: 1) 12 months warranty, low-value consumption goods is not within the scope of the warranty;
    2) Warranty service will be honored if the damage is not caused by human;
    3) Please send back the defective goods within the warranty period, we will repair them or send you new free;
 4) If there are only several pieces accessory(the fee is less or around shipping fee) are damaged, please send us some pictur      es and videos about the detail problem. 
Once confirmed the problem, we will send you free new goods together with your next order.
