A1:Samples can be offered for free,however,customers need to pay courier fee.If customers have courier account(international express account,like DHL,FedEx,UPS etc),we can use it directly without customers pay to us.If customers do not have courier account,then,we will check courier fee and customers need to pay to us first in order to cover our delivery cost.The first payment can be deducted when place orders.
