This small cotton bud making and packing machine is automatic ones.

 

It is controlled by PLC program and use the close warm wind to dry in the progress of operation. Then the Servo auto powered the vacuum sucting mechanical arm to finish the packing. It is one step equipment from starting, cotton mashing, forming, drying and packing.

 

This equipments suit for kinds different package (as pictures showing) such as 100-400pcs per box, 50-400pcs per zip lock bag, 100-700pcs per blister card, 50-300pcs per cylinder. The usually package for medical used cotton bud is 1-100pcs kinds package, the length of the bud is 80-200cm, the diameter 6-20mm.

 

The packing part is separate and can be changed to fit for kinds packing equipment, there are also some other fixture can replace the separate packing part and it is much cheaper.

 

The cotton bud is transmitted by the gearing conveyor from the cotton bud forming, then drying and to the end of packing, separate one to one, stable and make the exact quantity each package.
