Equipment characteristic:

The GF series plastic tubing production line is mainly used to produce different caliber, wall thickness plastic pvc tubing in agricultural drainage, building drain, cable laying tube and so on. This unit is composed of cone (parallel) twin-screw extruder, the vacuum stereotypes stand, the tractor, the cutter, material-turning rack and so on.

The screw extruding machine and the tractor use the import exchange frequency conversion speeder, the vacuum pump, besides that both vacuum pump and tractor courteous are of high quality. The tractor has two, three, four and six-claw drawing way etc. The unit adopts saw-cutting or planet-cutting; in addition, it is equipped with comptroller general instrument and thickening device, which ensures that the unit has reliable performance and high production efficiency. After being equipped with the special installment, the company can produce the inner Spiral pipe, the hollow tube and sandwich foaming pipe unit with the user request.

The replacement extruding machine can produce pp, pe,abs, and ppr, pex, the silicon core tube and other material tubing. The planet cutter using entire automatic computer numerical control has the merit of easy operation and reliable performance, which has achieved the international leading level.

Configuration:

SJSZ series plastic pipe extrusion line is specializing in manufacturing PVC pipes of different diameter and thickness. They are applied to agricultural and construction water supply and drainage, overhead or underground wire and cable.

Due to the special characteristics of the PVC plastic pipes, they are widely used in the fields of crude oil transportation, pipe lines of chemical industry which require high temperature and corrosion resistance, hot and lukewarm water supply and drainage system, directly buried pipes of high and extra high Voltage electricity, protection sleeves of wires and cables, etc.

This production line consists of conical (parallel) double-screw extruder, vacuum sizing platform, tractor, cutting machine, stacker, etc.

The conical (parallel) double-screw extruder and tractor adopts AC frequency control or British Euro DC speed regulator.

Vacuum pump and tractor adopts high-quality products. Tractors can be divided into up and down pedrail, three-claw, four-claw, six-claw, etc. in terms of thickness and diameter of the pipe.

The cutter has two modes of cutting such as blade and planet type. Additionally, metering device is equipped. The property of the production line is reliable and the output is high.

In accordance with different requirements of the clients, the company will equip the extrusion line with specific devices to form pipe production lines of inner-wall spiral pipes, inner hollow wall pipes and inner layer foaming pipes.
