Funcional characteristics:

This machine is used for slitting industrial adhesive tape, cellphone tape, protective film, copper foil, aluminum foil, OPP, PE, PVC, film, cloth, etc.

Machine is with high Slit precision. Spacers are helpful to get high slit precision.

Circle blades and spacer:

Magnetic powder brake and clutch are used for control the tension.

Auto loading equipment is optinal:

Rewinding diameter: Standard 450mm, Customized 600mm.

Customized blade station for slit 10mm width products.

Customized machine with oil station for avoid sticky. And another shaft is attached for rewind the release liner of one tape.

Machine is with meter counter. It is characterized by accurate slitting, fast slitting speed, easy of operation and maintenance, etc.

Standard machine is with one set motor. Rewind shafts only can be one direction rotate.

If needed, machine can be load with two sets motors. In this case, the rewinding shafts can be two directions rotate.
