Q1. Are you you factory or trade company?

Q4. How about the delivery time:

A: 2~3 working days for sample order; 7~35 working days for bulk orders, it's need check the materials condition & production schedules according to the order quantity and which models.

Q5.How long of the warranty time?

A: 12 months from the goods shipped out from our factory. We will send you free replacement if have quality problem.

Q6. Which express company you cooperated with?

A: EMS, DHL, UPS, Fedex, TNT, China Post etc. We ship the goods according to your requried express company.

Q8. The shipping cost is too high. If we could ship by sea?
