 1. We are direct manufactory who produce wood / seagrass / wicker products for 11 yrs history.

2. Main articles we sell well are wooden crafts and strawmade articles,such as boxes, photo  frames,

candleholders,plates, vases, bird houses, book stands, pencil vases,willow baskets,seagrass baskets and

furniture.

3. Kinds of wood materials are available, such as pine, paulownia, poplar, chinaberry, birch, MDF, plywood    and so on.

4. The certificates we have gained are FSC by BV auditing and ISO9001:2008.

5. The factory audit we pass are SGS and Walmart audit.

Packing:Usually:our Factory is:each item is wrapped by cotton paper,then some pcs are put into a master carton.

In Addition,we also accept our client special requirement if they have.

 Q: Are you manufactory or trade company ?

 A: We are direct manufactory specialized in wood crafts for 11 years.So we can make custom wood items  based on special designs.

 Q: What certificates do you have ? 
A: Our factory have IS09001:2008,BV,FSC,CARB certificates,and have passed SGS and Walmart Factory Audit.

 Q: How can I get the samples? Free is possible ?
A: If you need samples,we can make as per your request.They will be sent by DHL/UPS/FEDEX/TNT and other express.
Sample prepaid is ok if you want cheaper freight.
Generally speaking,samples could be freely if no logo ,but freight collect .

 Q: How long about the sample time ?
A: About 3-5days.The samples will be sent via express and arrive in 5-7 days.

 Q: How about the lead time ?
A: Within 20-35 days ,according to your order quantity and products'workmanship.

 Q: Our Logo or company name can be on our products or package?
A: Sure.Your Logo can be made on your products by Hot Stamping,Printing,UV Coating,Silk-screen Printing,Laser engraving,CNC carved or Sticker.
Q: Which terms of payment can you accept ?
A: T/T,Paypal,Western Union and L/C.
Q: What's your packaging details?
A: Wrapping paper/cotton paper/bubble bag/opp bag/foam board and inner box,inner color box inside,then 5 layers corrugated carton outside. 
Q: How to place order?
A: Please send us your purchase order,or ask us to send you Proforma Invoice.
