1. Structure :

Top plug and DS Bottom plug be made and designed as API standard, be drillable 

easily. Plug is made of ronitrile rubber ,with good  resistant oil/ acid features. 

The structure is "W" leads to good sealing , at the same time the effect of scrape and displacement are very good.  

2. Use:

Generally, Top plug and bottom plug are matched to use. Before cementing, put into bottom plug firstly, scrape and clean the wall of hole by pump. After pump plug, increase the pressure to 2~4 MPa,hold and broken the rubber film, circulation is established.

And then,start to inject the cement, put into top plug, pumping, increase the pressure, finished cementing.

3. Technical Parameters:

  Packaged by wood box then we load them in container by sea or air (when the quantity is small).

1.Question:How to store?

    Answer   :The product should be stored in a dry warehouse with a flat ground, the accessories should be 

                     kept away from rain, sunshine and exposure of sea water.  Make sure not to unpack or remove

                     the plastic bags unless you need it to work. 

2.Question:How to transport?
   Answer   :Handle with care, no deformation should occur due to dropping or collision during convey.  

3.Question: What's the demand for maintenance?

   Answer   :Storage time should not exceed 2 years.
