1. Ask: what's the MOQ for scales?

    Reply: For common products, we don't have MOQ limit, you can order any quantity you want. 

2. Ask: what's the Payment Method for scale?

    Reply: Sample: Western Union or Paypal,100% in advance.

                Bulk order: T/T or L/C at sight, 30% in advance, rest against the copy of B/L.

3. Ask: How long can I receive my scale?

    Reply: Production time: 2-3 days for sample, 5~7days for 200pcs,12-15days for 1000pcs, 25-30days for 40HQ.

                Delivery time: decided by your delivery address, 7~10 days for sample order, 3~4 weeks for bulk order.

                Sample is deliver by international Experess: DHL/TNT/FEDEX/UPS or air.

                Bulk order is deliver by sea (Ningbo or Shanghai).

4. Ask: OEM is available for scale?

    Reply: Yes, of course. We can do free for you if you quantity over 1000 pcs.

                 If your trail order is less than 1000pcs, we need to charge 100USD,

                 and will refund you once your order is over 1000pcs.

5. Ask: How long is the warranty for scale?

    Reply: 1 year warranty for all our scales, 3 months for all our batteries.

                During the warranty time, if any scales is out of service because of quality problem,

                we will send you spare parts and teach you how to repair until problem solved. 
                HAOYU will afford all the freight cost for warranty.
