1.Brief Instruction:
EPS or Rockwool sandwich panel production line could make the EPS core and Rockwool sandwich panel. This sandwich panel production line adopts PLC and touch screen controlling system. It could make both roof and wall sandwich panel with core of polystyrene foam and rockwool material which is a new building material which has the features as stable, light, solidity and beautiful appearance. Due to its simple operation, this sandwich panel machine is widely used in the construction of steel structure enclosures, warehouse, workshop, cold storages, and mobile buildings. In order to satisfy various customer requirements, we design and manufacture eps or rockwool sandwich panel lines in different specs, models and configurations.
2. Characteristics:
This line adopts advanced technique, which integrates pneumatic, electrical and mechanical technology, and this line is the special equipment for processing steel sandwich panel .Its working speed can be adjusted by frequency converter, and it can process sandwich panel at one time .The line for sandwich panel is made up of a sandwich panel laminating system and roll forming machine .Both the laminating system and roll forming machine can work independently.

4. Main working flow
1) Uncoiler:
Uncoiler is the first part of the sandwich panel production line. It supports the coil and conveys the coil to the roll forming machine
2) Roll forming machine
It is a device that presses the steel sheet which is conveyed by uncoiler into different shape according to customer’s requirement.
3) Feeding rack
It is a device that is used for conveying eps or rockwool core to the glue system and laminating system.
4) Glue system
This part consists of glue dropper, plastic hose, brushes device, glue filter etc, which is used for bonding eps or rockwool core with steel sheet.
5) Laminating system
It is a device that applying constant pressure and heat to the eps or rockwool core and steel sheet which includes the upper and lower parts to make the sandwich panel.
6) Cutting device
It is used for cutting eps or rockwool sandwich panel according to customer’s requirement.
