Performance features
On-line Performance	good
Application	for projects with a majority of standard wall thickness pipes and few heavy wall thickness pipes; Or projects with a majority of heavy wall thickness pipes and few standard wall thickness pipes（PAWWS-24Dd）.

The Welding Heads:

1.TIG Head: applicable for 1~10mm wall thickness

While the welding pool conditions are too critical to be sustained by hand,the welding head is attached to the oscillator arm with a patented swaying mechanism,which mimics the movement of SMAW and in the meantime delivering swift PLC-controlled agility. The swaying mechanism uses a stepper motor.

The Daily Capacity of One Automatic Welding Machine:250~350 inches in diameter/day

Overall Performance in comparison with manual prefabrication:
Daily Output of Automatic Prefabrication: 1282 inches in diameter/day (8 Workhours,6 Welding Stations)
Daily Output of Manual Prefabrication: 240 inches in diameter/day (8 Workhours,4 Complex Manual Welding Stations)

2.Other welding heads are customizable: MIG,MAG,SAW etc.
Welding Power & Wire Feeder : Lincoln Series
For example: Lincoln STT CV 400 for better root weld.

The Bracket System
The system separates the welder from the trolley convey,making it easy to customize the applicable pipe length.In this way one can either install one welder at each end of the track for simultaneous double end welding.The advantage of double end welding machine is that one can weld elbow to both ends without having to worry about clamping method.
