l         Our company adopts developed packaging technology and packaging style to ensure the packaging quality. We are unique in the industry , this technology can ensure that the products will not be affected with damp, deformation, as well as the fold change during transporting. Also ,we roll a layer of paper into every two layers of aluminum strip to protect it from being wet. We have three kinds of packaging, eye to sky, eye to wall and cases packaging.

The central laboratory is equipped with the device which made by the world's top manufacturer. 

They can carry out the test such as :the  product composition analysis, mechanical performance analysis, 

metallographic analysis, environmental simulation, heat test, testing analysis, corrosion analysis, project.

   Our company had built the quality supervision department and Aluminum lab to control the quality of production which will export the other countries.

Various sizes of aluminum is complete that's why more and more clints cooperate with us. No matter quality or  quantity,we have enough  Advantages.

     We own a huge warehouse that is well maintained and clean. The entire place is used to store the products to prevent them from any damages. Our warehouse is suitable to maintain large inventory and neatly categorize the range of Aluminum Extrusions.

Production Line

Raw material warehouse: orderly place various sheet material, bar material, etc..

Design, develop and produce moulds:5 units CNC machining centers, 6 units CNC cutting machines, CNC drilling machines, grinding machines, planning machines, etc...

Production workshop:  including ordinary stamping, precision high-speed stamping, laser cutting, drilling, tapping, CNC processing, laser welding, butt welding, argon arc welding, CNC turning, surface grinder processing, cylindrical grinder processing, mirror polish processing, etc...
