Use and care advises:

4. Do not use for other function than cutting(screwdriver, bottle-opener, tin-opener, lever and so on)
5. Do not cut hard, frozen or boned food
6. Resharpen if necessary with a ceramic sharpening steel
7. Wash by hand or in a dishwasher
8. Store in a protected compartment(block or orginal box)
