Instruction of carbamide peroxide tooth whitening kit

1, Mould the thermoplastic trays.

a, Bring about 4 inches of water to a boil and remove from heat for 6-7 mins. 

b, Submerge one tray into the hot water (70 degrees)for 10-12 seconds unitl tray appears to soften. 

c, Place the tray into your mouth covering your upper teeth, close your mouth and suck all air and excess water between tray and teeth. 

d, Gently push the tray into your teeth by pushing your upper lip with your fingers.

e, Wait 10-15 seconds before removing try from mouth. 

f, Place tray into a cup of cold water for 10 seconds to complete curing process. 

g, Repeat for lower mouth tray. 

2, Trim the tray to correct height

After molding the trays, use scissors to cut any excess from the top of the trays at the gum-line.

Trimming the trays at the gum-line will avoid any possible soft tissue irritation caused by whitening.


3, Fill the trays and whiten teeth.

Place 0.5ml teeth whitening gel on each impression on the trays (DO NOT OVERLOAD)

Place the trays into your month and seat properly into the teeth impression

Gently push the trays into your teeth by pushing on your lip with your fingers.

After 20 mins, remove the trays and rinse your mouth.
