1. Our company is also a crystal glass crafts factory from 1998. We have our own sample makers, quality control worker, inner laser typesetting worker, sandblast typesetting worker, English sales, and varied crystal crafts showroom!

 Accept new design sample, drawing, improved crystal crafts from ours! Accept OEM. Accept LOGO for the crystal glass crafts!

2. We have import and export license from PRC from 2007. Both sea shipment, air shipment and Express shipment are OK for us. Easy for you to direct import crystal glass crafts from us, lower cost, better service! We have rich experiences on International business all around to world: to USA, UK, Canada, Australia, South Africa, Korea, Japan, Italy, etc!

2. Package: 1 pc packed in 1 gift box. Safe and nice.

3. Quality: Each one will be under strict quality control. Only supply you the best quality.

4. Delivery time: 5~30 days, much depends on the quantity you order. We promise delivery in time.

5. Terms of payment: 30% T/T in advance, balance when the goods are ready to ship. L/C is also accepted.

6. Sample supply: If you need samples, we certainly will supply you that. But you need to pay for the sample cost and freight cost.

7. Sample time: Usually, samples will be sent out in 2 days after get sample cost payment. And if you let us use your DHL or Fedex account, that would be better.

8. Your design also will be accepted. And your logo will be put on the gift box, with gold or silver stamped.

 5 What about your package?

 Answer: Our factory package is white paper box. We also have sample gift box (without foam+clothing)and higher quality paper gift box(with foam+clothing). The package color are pink, brown,red and so on. We can accept OEM the logo in the box.
