2. Application

The machine is mainly used to polish plexiglass, acrylic, organic glass, PMMA, PETG, PE etc. It applies PCD and monocrystal cutting tools to material finely and get mirror finish cutting surface. After polished, the cutting surface roughness RA ≤20nm, tansparency ≥92%, no discoloring, especially perfect as light guide plate. It is the necessary machine to produce acrylic crafts, exhibition showcase, display shelf, LGP (Light Guide Plates) etc.

3. Advantage

Comparing with bench polisher and flame polisher, its advantage is higher efficiency but lower labor cost, lower wastage. The most important is the perfect mirror-like polishing finish it achieved.
