1) The bed lathe is welded with thick cast steel, and quenched before shaping to eliminate innerstress, so the working table is quite strong, stable and durable.

2) Ncstudio control system with individual control box, data collected and transferred by PCI card.

3) The machine is equipped with Ucancam V9 software in English, including 1 book of User’s Manual in English, 1 set-up CD, 1 teaching CD, 1pc of USB Key (dangle). It is compatible with other CAD/CAM software such as Type3 / Artcam / Castmate etc.

4)  Hiwin linear guideway made in Taiwan, 4pcs of sliders in double rows, support heavy-duty working, strong and durable.

5) Tilt rack and pinion, gear driven, more accurate and lower noise than straight type.

6) 5.5kW Chinese spindle motor cooled by water.

7) Powerful vacuum dust collecting system, keep clear working surrounding and extend machine working life efficiently.

8) Vacuum worktable, fix material automatically, more convenient and higher efficient.

9) Optional items as below: DSP control system, Servo system, air-cooling spindle motor, multi heads.
