TECHNOLOGY

1.High Precision Mechanical Hand, Control by servo motor.

2.Machine Material:
Machine is made by U-steel and steel plate welded structure, Frame adopt 10 # thickness U-steel.

3.Printing Entrance:
There is a Electronic Photocell eye on entrance ,when bag come ,it will command sending wheel on the side to convey bag to printing roller.

4.New Design Guide Roller Upon The Printing Cylinder.

We add a set of guide roller here. Can prevent thin and small bag stick on printing cylinder.

5.Each printing cylinder equiped with 2pcs of photocell detect sensors ,when material convey to here ,sensors will control printing cylinder print on the material, photocell detect sensor can reduce printing deviation within 1mm. Also ,Each printing cylinder have a plate adjust ruler ,this can help you stick printing plate accurate. We chose cylinder stator ,it will push clutch make guide roller linkage convey belt lift ,make ink equably printing one bag surface.

6. PLC System

PLC And Inveter Combination Control ,Make operating more easy.

7.Ink Circular System

It will automatic circular ink ,and auto load ink. Needn't load ink by manual.

8.Dry Device In Back Side

With dry blower in back side ,can help ink dry fast after printing.
