A :   Yes , we have our own factory with 3 production line and more than 800 worker staffs . we also have more than 20 years of exprience of exporting shoes to foreign market .

A :  Nomally  , Our MOQ is 1200 per style with mixed size.
 
< 3 >  Can i ask one pair samples before place order?
A:   Yes . Before you place an order to us , we can make the smaple shoes for your check,but we will ask the sample fee 100RMB and then return to you when you place the order . the quality will meet your quality standard .
 
< 4 > What is your delivery time ?
A:  For samples , we will finish it within 2 weeks . for mass production , our delivery time is 45-55 days . 
 
< 5 > what is your Payment terms ?
A:    we accept western union , T/T ,L/C and alibaba trade assurance payment . If you worried about the payment , you can choose to 
alibaba assurance payment , your money ,delivery time and quality will be protected .
 
< 6 > How to keep the quality ?
a>     we have QC team,two parts,one is in the factory to control producing ,the other is as third party,inspect the goods for our customers.once everything is ok,our doucuments department can book the vessel,then ship it.
b>     we have all detailed records for nonconformity products,then we will make summary according to these records,avoid it happen again.
c>     we do observe the relevant codes of conduct &laws from government in environment human rights and other aspects like no children labor,no prisoners labor and so on.
 
< 7 >  Do you have CE certificate ,we need it to clear custom?
A:   Yes, all our products can meet CE standard ,and we have cooperation relationship with different international labs,including ITS ,SGS ,CTL and etc.
