1.Sound and Vibration Reduction Pad Composition: Sound and vibration reduction pad is made from PEF of high density.

 

2.Sound and Vibration Reduction Pad Property:
1. Good vibration reduction effect. Add one layer of 10mm thickness vibration reduction pad and 40mm thickness protection layer of fine sand reinforced concrete, floor impact sound can be reduced by 48dB.
2. Can be cut arbitrarily.

5.Sound and Vibration Reduction Pad Construction Method: 
1. Basic preparation: floor slab must be smooth, if it is unsmooth, must use fine mortar to fill in
2. Pave noise insulation floor: pave noise insulation floor completely, fully pave the noise insulation floor on the four sides wall foot (5060mm height) in order to prevent forming acoustic bridge between protection layer, decoration layer and wall surface. Use the PVC adhesive belt to fix the lap joint of noise insulation floors 
3. Construction of concrete protection layer: must pay attention to the lap joint of noise insulation floor so that to avoid tearing joint
4. Use skirting line to press the noise insulation in four sides

The noise insulation index of floor slab is improved greatly, footstep from upstairs and impact sound is eliminated
