Notes for placing order

1. Please describe order details as you can as possible, then we can quote and proceed quickly. Material, quantity, style, color, shipping way, payment term, packing etc.

2. Please inform us while you send payment, if possible, send payment info or copy of payment to us. Then we can confirm it and proceed order, deliver the goods ASAP.

3. We appreciate your feedback about our products quality, workmanship, service etc. It makes us better and better, then we can service you better.

4. Normally, order cost is FOB Ningbo. If you have any request, please let us know.

5. Please kindly note that custom duty at your end depend on local policy in your county.

6. If by express or by air, 100% payment should be down while you place order. If by sea, 30%-50% deposit should be down while you place order. Then the balance should be down while you receive the copy of B/L to you.

7. If by sea, shipping date is always delay about 2-3 days after we transport goods to seaport. The time is for custom inspection and custom clearance.

8. If material is customized, delivery time will be 7-10 days in addition.
