1) How can I see your real sample at my convenient ?

    Firstly we will check the record if there is an old client in your region. If so we will guide you to take a look at our product there. If not, please let us know your interested models. We will confirm whether they are in stock & try to take detailed photos included all necessary parts. In case both unavailable, please place a trial order. Then keep looking below.

2) What is the sample order quantity & lead time?

    Normally we will spend 7-10 days for sample order, the quantity could be at least 1 set of sofa, or 2 pcs of armchair.

3) Can I make some variations on cover, color or materials etc?

    We strongly recommend our default models for sample order, that will enhance the lead time & our production line. Otherwise, you are advised to impose extra 5% -10% in price for the materials wastage, details will be confirmed before your payment. But for bulk order we won't charge any extra. Please be considerate! 

4) How can I place a sample order easily?

    First you can ask your shipping agent contact us for the delivery. Then we will send you offer based on EXW-Foshan. Your carrier will settle all procedures for you. If you don't have an agent, pls provide your nearst port or your most convenient method to deliver, we can check from alibaba freight system about the detailed bill. And please note, all the transportation fee will be on your account. For now, alibaba has opened  the LCL & FCL service as below ports:

5) If I place a bulk order without visiting your company, how can I be protected & how much discount for me?

   We cooperate with "One Touch Biz Service Ltd" is whom belongs to Alibaba Group appointed third party service company, same as the shipping service. That means your payment & freight are guarranteed by Alibaba Group. Regarding the discount, any of client achieve 1*40'HQ above, we will favor the largest discount, details will be confirmed by Proforma Invoice.  

6) How can I know how my order is in process ?

    For online bulk orders, we will take photos regularly based on the ordered models, colors or other specifications. Make sure you will learn the progress till loading. And the loading photos, Commercial Invoice, Packing List & Bill of Lading (Telex Release) will be sent after the balance payment settled.

7) What if there is quality problem when we get the goods ?

    Firstly, pls recall whether there is any accident happened during unloading? If not, pls try to take more detailed photos & send us for study. As I mentioned above, we can work out immediately if the problems happen in us. And we will refund you in case confirmed it's our duty. Usually, there is very few transportation damage in bulk order. But if happen in sample order, we will issue our compensation claim to the carrier till they responssible for the loss of us. 

8) What is the warranty of your product ?

    We offer inner frame warranty for 10 years, upholstery is normal wastage, we just can offer 3 years. And pls note, the warranty is based upon manufacturer defects, not for the deliberate man-made, improper use, transportation & force majeure damage.

9) What kind of OEM service you can offer ?

    We can make a dreamed sofa come true according to the drawings of dimension, shape, curve & materials request etc. Quantity required 3-5*40'HQ above, based on how difficult of the design & other requirements. For any further OEM questions pls inform us by email or Skype.

10) How to be your sole disbributor in my country ?

     We will issue a contract that contains all the right & duty about marketing our products in your country. Certainly there will be the annual sales task.
