Manufacturing process

This is our blow molding workshop. 

In the hardware workshop, we will finish making the steel frames, including punching, stamping and soldering. 

 And this is our spray painting workshop. Cleaning with phosphoric acid and then coating with powder make the frames smooth and shiny. 

The final steps are assembling and testing. We make sure that every product we send out is to our customers' satisfaction.
