Main features :

     DSHB01 multi- needle quilting machine is a series of products can be processed 2-4 meters width of

 various types of products, one can simultaneously sew 8-26 row, row spacing of 150 mm .

    The machine uses a special customized needle and extra hook , line of large capacity , the bottom line

 can be replaced once Sewing 120 meters . Special needle gauge can be guaranteed under any sewing

 needles will not produce jumps , jumper phenomenon .

    The maximum sewing thickness 50mm, stitch length can be adjusted within the 10-40mm, uniform stitch

 formation, with a solid, quality insulation is in full compliance with the requirements .

    The machine uses electromagnetic control system, simple operation, easy maintenance , speed in 

15-pin / min to 156 stitches / minute within the range of adjustment . Normal sewing speed of up to 80

 stitches / min , pitch 35mm, one minute sewing 2.8 m .

   Special synchronous dual needle and thread take an independent agency , sewing speed can be 

increased , reducing the overall noise , more stable and reliable operation of the machine .
