Endless Rope Winch

Winch is the power source of the whole system, which has various model:

Based on speed adjusting function,: mechanic adjustment, magnetic resister switch adjustment, depends on friction wheel, there are parabola and rope race model.mainly consists of motor, base, reducer, drum, coupler, electric & hydraulic brake, handle brake etc. Drive drum rope diameter ratio is above 50 times,conform to MT/T998-2006 standard.

Tension Device:

Can absorb the rope’s stretched out part created by elastic deformation,meanwhile, can provide tension power for the winch, keep the steel rope having constant and stable positive pressure on the roll. It has 3-wheel and 5-wheel two types, which are optional according to slope angle, and length of the roadway.

Shuttle Cart:

The shuttle cart is used to connect with mining cart, Platform Wagon,and material cart etc. with the function of rope breakage protection, fixing and holding the steel rope.

It Consists of cart frame,drum,wheel assembly parts. It has 600mm and 900mm track gauge, and make up of normal light type, extra heavy type, 8-wheel counter rotary tray type, and hydraulic locking type etc.

Tail-block wheel or feed rope station :

Tail-block wheel fixed in the end of the whole tracking route, playing a role as holding all the counter force of the whole system, fixing the steel rope, and pushing the working range’s forwarding, it can be easily moved so as to change the tracking route’s distance. During the transportation of frame, it should pour cement base to fix the wheel, or can fix the wheel with rock bolt or other ways under other situation.

Tail-block wheel has single, double, big, and through type, depends on the specific requirement of the roadways.

Wheels:

To adapt to fluctuant tracking route, wheels are used to avoid not only the cart off the road when the rope raised, but also the steel rope rub the rail road’s sleeper. Divide them by applications to primary pressing rope wheels, assistant pressing rope wheels, flat holding wheels or combined wheels. primary pressing rope sets also has 3-wheel type,including tension spring and pressing spring. Depends on rope layout there are single wheel sets and combination wheel sets 

Protective Device for the Curve (used in urning points of the roadway)

When there is turning point on the roadway, protective device for the curve would be needed .the wheel sets quantity would be decided by calculation of track’s curve radius. 

Curve railway protection system:

When meets the curve turning point in tunnel, special designed railway protection system would be needed. The wheel sets quantity depends on the curve radius.
