The latest developed sound-absorbing material is used in this type of soundproof genset ,the ventilation system for gensets adopts circulating wind duct which effectively reduces noise .louvers are mounded on the canopy to resist rain water and foreign staff .a particular high performanc muffler is also adopted .between the genset and base frame we have installed several pieces of stable plastic paper which can further reduce the distribution of noise .the soundproof canopy has conbimination structure inside which there are two doors for instrument and maintenance which allow easy installation .observation and maintenance .because of the special designing has been adopted ,the noise for the soundproof genset whose power is at the middle rank can be reduce to 70dB (atLP7m )

 

 

FDK-soundproof diesel genset is the result of our professional engineers experienced with the long period exploration and research .we use soundproof box to reduce the noise which makes it in line with the 2000/14/EC  standards .

 

 

the sound devices of FDK-soundproof diesel genset was embedded and got very solid construction ,which make it difficult to cause damage in a hostile environment .the produces are assembled type ,equipped with exchangeable pieces ,easily being maintenance in the work site .
