Quality Warranty

All machines made by Zhenghao Machinery are warranted for 12 months from the date of supply against any defects of the machines.

The Zhenghao Machinery will repair or replace at no cost, any part proving defective in materials or workmanship. Defectiveness shall be verified by Zhenghao Machinery inspection. Removal and installation expense shall be the responsibility of the owner and Zhenghao Machinery liability is extended only to furnishing said part or parts.
The Zhenghao Machinery is not liable for consequential damages, such as loss of profit, delays or expenses incurred by failure of said part or parts.

Answer: All the peeling machine are packed by standard wooden case package, or as your exact requests; Shipment are arranged usually within 15 working days after order, by standard shipping container as your exact order quantity.(20FCL,40FCL,40HQ) 

Q7:How long are your lead time?
Answer: 1x40HQ need 25-35 working days,and 1x20GP need 10-15 working days.However,as factory advantage,we have the ability to offer you a short lead time.
